Who we are

444 Video Limited (company 15988386, 24 Kemble Road, Monmouth NP25 5GB) is the controller of this data. For anything here, email [email protected].

What we collect and why

Enquiries. The contact form sends your name, email, organisation and message to our internal messaging tool, where our team reads it; the website keeps no copy. Emails you send us are kept in our email. We use them to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests - answering people who have contacted us - and, once you are a client, the contract. You do not have to give us anything, but we cannot reply without an email address.

Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits for everyone without cookies or tracking you across sites. Google Analytics uses cookies, so it only runs if you accept it (our lawful basis is your consent); it tells us which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from.

Running the site. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address to deliver pages and block malicious traffic. We do not receive or keep those logs.

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.

Who handles it

• Cloudflare - hosting, security, cookieless analytics, and Turnstile, which checks the contact form is used by a person rather than a bot
• Google Analytics - only if you accept it

Some of these process data outside the UK. Those transfers rely on recognised safeguards: the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. Once you are a client, we keep project records for as long as tax and contract law require. Google deletes Google Analytics data automatically after a set period.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. Google Analytics sets cookies only if you accept it; you can change your mind any time under Cookie settings at the foot of every page, and declining there deletes them. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie, which does not need consent.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected, deleted, limited, or given to you in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent (Google Analytics) you can withdraw it at any time.

You have the right to object to us using your data on the basis of legitimate interests, including to answer an enquiry - email us and we will stop unless we have a compelling reason not to.
